As Chief Operating Officer, Mollie oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic delivery of The Call of the Wild, ensuring our governance, systems and programmes are grounded in robust ecological evidence, sound governance and long-term sustainability.

A graduate of the University of Exeter, Mollie specialises in translating complex scientific research, environmental policy and legal frameworks into practical, scalable solutions. She has a rare ability to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world implementation, ensuring that science is not only understood but effectively applied to conservation, regenerative agriculture and sustainable business.

Mollie is a Master’s-qualified Zoologist and environmental law scholar operating at the intersection of conservation science, policy and organisational leadership. Her interdisciplinary approach enables her to bring together conservation, sustainable land management, community engagement and commercial practice to deliver measurable ecological and social outcomes.

Local & Global Field Management
Extensive hands-on experience managing conservation and regenerative agriculture initiatives, from UK farming systems to large mammal conservation projects across Africa, combining practical field knowledge with strategic oversight.

Environmental Law & Policy
Currently completing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law, Mollie focuses on applying legal frameworks to strengthen conservation outcomes, improve regulatory effectiveness and support regenerative land-use models.

Academic & Systems Innovation
Leading the development of the Journal of Regenerative Coexistence: Land, Life & Law, an interdisciplinary scientific publication designed to advance new thinking on the relationship between people, nature and governance.

International Conservation & Field Research
Her research spans wildlife crime, species monitoring and habitat dynamics in South Africa, with particular focus on the Nile Crocodile and Cape Giraffe, providing valuable insight into practical conservation management.

Ethical Commerce & Nature Tourism
Combining scientific understanding with commercial awareness, Mollie designs responsible wildlife experiences that generate tangible conservation benefits while supporting local communities and sustainable economies.
